Delete account or remove steam link

I am banned (wrongly and they won't face the issue) and i wanna delete this account or unlink it from a steam account. But geniouses don't let me access to the deletion of this account as i am banned and it restricts my options. How may i delete it?

@EA_Barry it isn't really your business what i want to do with my account banned or not. I am soliciting the deletion of it with all data and i want to be helped as a customer which i am, or do you think that the games are all for free?
