Definitive fix for crashes and timeouts with fx 6xxx series [ Edited ]

Fix for the timeouts: 

Disable the last 2 cores in your BIOS, limiting your fx processor to 4 cores (yes, it is strange but it works). 

Fix for the crashes:

1) Disable your in game audio by adding -nosound to your apex shortcut (most important step).

2) Enable "run this program as administrator" in compatibility tab.

3) disable origin overlay. 

Note: you should start your game using the shortcut. 

The game is a LOT more stable after these changes.
