Defense of Dathomir - Rewards not received [ Edited ]

Has anyone else had issues with the Defense of Dathomir (Mother Talzin) event yesterday (01 Feb 2018)? I completed Tier I and should have received 10 shards but never got them. I contacted EA and they're trying to insist I did get them. I had 25/30 shards before the event and still only had 25/30 shards after it, so I know for a fact I didn't get my rewards. Anyone any advice?
