While playing a match of Fleet Battles vs AI, the death summary/screen remained on the screen and I was unable to spawn back into the match. I could see the tactical map and access the scoreboard and options, but the loadout screen remained unaccessible and the Deploy button was not visible, forcing me to sit out the rest of the match to look through the controls to see a possible solution
The "Killed By" screen remained visible also during the post-game screen.
The only thing I did after getting killed was accessing the Controls menu to tweak a couple of settings, but my attempts to trigger the bug again have been unfruitful.
