De-sync everytime I attempt a field goal in CCM

I'm having a major issue in our CCM league.  Everytime I try to kick a fg, i get a desync.  It doesn't matter who my opponent is or what the circumstances are.  If I try a field goal, I get disconnected.  I am able to punt but if I try a FG or XP it automatically causes a desync.  I have tried wireless/wired connection, I have tried making all the options (score ticker, etc.) default.  What is the problem here and how can I fix it??  I can post a video if needed (i recorded it on twitch)

looks like the problem was i had too few offensive lineman (only 6).  i signed 2 more and it worked fine.  problem solved!

I now get desynchs in franchise against AI and Draft games with online opponents at random times.  

This has been going on almost since August and I don't believe I had any in prior years. Everyone seems to think it is something particular but I have no common situations in mine - thus random. I have no odd settings or playbooks and for it to happen in franchise when playing AI means its nothing Im doing.
