Daylight Savings Time reset changed in wrong direction

I'm having a Day Light Savings Time change issue.  I accidentally switched my time 1 hour in the wrong direction.   I am in Eastern timezone (UTC -5).  This morning when Daylight savings time ended, I switched my payout times to remain the same but I accidentally moved the time the wrong direction.  I wanted to keep my arena payout times at 6pm and 7pm, but I did the math wrong in my head and move the time back 1 hour when i should i have moved it forward 1 hour.  Can you please reset it for me?

Best place to solve this is by directly contacting support. I was able to get a 1 time exception to changing my payout time to fix my mistake

@psubsee2002 They are saying its not an option. Who/how did you contact support? I've contacted through chat twice will no luck so far.
