I'm an Xbox One player and I cannot get past the Apex sign in screen on my account. As my title says, all I get is "Data Center: Downloading... 0". I've left it open for hours and saw no change. I can get on the game if I use other accounts, but I have bought so much stuff I don't want to lose my account. I've tried changing DNS, power cycling my system, etc. All the troubleshooting tips and nothing works. Can someone help me please?

I found a fix. I had to sign in to my account, and then delete that accounts saved data from my console. When I signed back in it synced just fine and I'm able to get into the game now. So it seems to be a syncing issue rather than connection.

Hey @adadon012503,
Are you also running into this same issue on one specific account? If you try logging in with other accounts it lets you connect?

Issue is fixed. It was a problem with my xbox

Had to do a factory reset. And they believe my external hard drive was corrupt
