Daily Crate

Did anyone have a problem with the Daily Crate today?  I got a duplicate star card (common) and I only got 200 credits versus the 300 originally outlined in Patch 1.2.  This was the first time this happened to me.  I can't remember if the Craft Parts & Credits were revised in a previous update but can you please look into this?  Thank you!

You have a very good memory indeed  Credit payout for common duplicate items was increased from 200 to 300 in the patch 1.2.

I can see that you've opened your daily lootcrate on 6th of March and received 200 credits. Unfortunately, I'm unable to help you further with this issue Only our live support agents will be able to verify our account and possibly grant the missing credits.

I suggest creating a new case on EA Help and ask for their help. Remember to select "Missing content" as a case topic.

Let me know if you encounter a similar problem in the future.

EA_Ataashi not sure if you can help but i didn't receive a crate for completing the "Starting Specialist Training" achievement earlier today (25 kills), is that a problem you are familiar with?

We haven't received any reports about issues with getting the reward for this particular achievement so far  

Can I ask if you opened a bunch of lootcrates on that day? Do you remember if you've received any items related to the specialist class?

Hi EA_Ataashi, thanks for your response. During that game session I unlocked another crate and I did receive the contents for that achievement, just not the contents of the specialist class although the achievement is marked as completed.
