Problem with free DLC

I used the codes for the free DLC and speeder, but however I did not receive the dlc? I only got the speeder. I used to be a sub, but since I no longer am I cannot contact support either?? Please if someone could help I'd would be really appreciated!

When did you apply the DLC ? The promotion i think you are referring to expired 12 days ago

Just to confirm , to get access to Makeb is on your mission terminal in your ship and a character that is level 51 and 55 for SOR

I applied for it before it ended, however I was busy at the time so I only had time recently to go ingame. I checked and no SOR mission..

I had applied the code and the site had said its done and I have it now, could this be a bug?

Not very hopeful of this because I can't actually contact the game's support

Can you provide the swtor username just in case it is an account not associated with this EA Account , initial feedback is the swtor account associated with this EA account doe not have the entitlement granted.

I had a look into this @Mercer_7777, I sadly can not see that you used the code for the Shadow of Revan Expansion. I can see you used the other one, for the speeder. 

There is not much I or the support can do here as the promotion has run out and the code can no longer be redeemed.
