Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stop people from being able to do the no loss glitch. I also made it to the final on my 2nd to last attempt and got an EA server error message. it sent me back to the main screen, but when I went back to the DKT I had no attempts left.
What happens when the bug occurs? gameplay is fine no glitches or freezing, the opponent quits and gets the win! EA server message appeared after I won the game and was on the match stats screen. kicked me to the main menu and removed my attempts and couldn't play the final.
What should be happening instead? There should'nt be any issues!!
the access tool should work according to the issues people have had. the staff on the chat are no help as they treat you as if you're trying to get a pass into the weekend league! for people like myself who missed a weekend and have had to battle through the DKT to get back in but are met with constant issues needs to be addressed. and access or attemps should be given back!
