Disruptors still need a nerf (Hows about a RoF nerf so it takes longer to shoot), along with other tech units. Namely flame tank (give its speed back, but nerf its attack), juggernaut and artillery (both accuracy nerf, so the unit has a 1 in 2 or 3 chance of hitting).
