Crystals not delivered

Dear all,

Monday November 13 I purchased the 610 crystals pack that were not delivered. I have already applied for a complaint, but I didn't receive any answer in 3 days. 

My ally code is 861-969-372

Please an explanation, and give me my crystals.

sorry it's not clear,

I cannot follow the path that you show in your email, and it's not related to Origin but this issue is with Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. I just can see my case #35488172 was closed.

Can you do something?
