Crossplay issues

Me (on ps4) and my friend (Xbox) can't send each other friend requests, he can find my profil but I can't, he says he send a friend request 1000 times but I can't get anything...

Can we try out some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help you and your friend get the invites to go through? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that I'd also recommend checking out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

Have you checked your privacy settings to make sure that cross-play and invites are enabled?
