Cross play joining friends broken

Last thread deleted for some reason. Cheers. All cross play settings are set enabled. I am on pc trying to play with a friend on ps4. We cant find one another. This is NOT working as intended and an option NEEDS to be found.

Hey @LegionSSS, 

Can you make sure that you've checked all the relevant boxes in the privacy section of your EA Account?

By default you should be able to use the EA ID to find your friends, but if you're searching by PSN username you'll want to be sure that option is checked on your friend's end.

We're seeing some similar reports and are looking into the situation but that may be worth trying in the meantime.
