Crew Member Appearance (for an account) Not Working [ Edited ]

Hello,

I recently purchased the Crew Member Appearance Autorization (Account) from the GTN for when I'm playing f2p. The problem is... It allows me to equip customization only on few characters, but not on all. These character's were made before I used the authorization so I don't know why the game isn't allowing them to benefit from the appearance authorization that was for the whole account :\

I would really appreciate if there is a way to fix this issue. Maybe somewhere I should write or do something. Any help is WELCOME!

I would email support@swtor.com with the character name and server you bought the Crew Member Appearance Autorization (Account) on and used and the approximate date and time you used it so they can further look into it.
