Crashing

My friend and I have been playing A Way Out in Xbox One, but in the Answers Chapter, when Vincent says “I know you’re angry”, the game crashes every time

Do you play in local or online co-op mode? 

Also, have you tried to reinstall the game or power cycle your console?

I play online co-op and I’ve restarted my console, but I haven’t uninstalled and reinstalled the game yet

I also have a freeze and turn off power in console after playing this game for 10 -20 minutes. Turn of console, unplug power, press power button 3 times , plug power, turn on console
