Crashing

I'm having a constant issue with my game, it always crashes when I try to enter, I have to sign first to multiple altern accounts that I have so it doesn't crash when I try it with my main account. This not always work.

 

I have tried in different devices and the same thing happens, I think it may be some corrupted file in my main account. 

 

Can someone help?

Thanks for the response, I tried all of the possible solutions that I found in here with both android and ios. But since it seems to be an account issue, nothing has work.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that EA Support hasn't been helpful at all. They have me going in circles for days, asking the same questions and telling me to do the same troubleshooting over and over.

 

It's been 5 days since they answer me, I think they just don't want to deal with my case

@filmont17 Super late response but curious if you're still coming across crashes for your device. What device(s) is it crashing on that you use?
