Crashing upon start and entering lobby.

have tried everything. swaped gpu, complete reset of computer.

Nothing is helping. and tried everything in all

Hi @tomlee2402,

Looking at the DxDiag you sent it appears that your video card drivers are a bit out of date. The most recent driver was just released in December.

For more info on how to update your drivers check out the EA Help site:

Hi @EA_Kent  the update BIOS tool do not allow me to update.

You might be able to install the drivers directly from the AMD website instead. If you look for your specific model of video card over on the AMD Support website you should be able to find the link to download the newest driver. 

Looking at your particular model (Radeon RX 5700 XT) it appears that there is a driver update from the 18th of December. Can you try downloading it and see if that helps?
