• Uninstall MSI Command Center if you have that installed
• Check for and update your motherboard drivers if an update is available
• Install any available Windows Updates
• Run your video drivers setup and choose advanced and then select 'clean install' before completing the setup
• Try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
