Crashing on initial load

And we are still crashing as of this evening.  Still no feedback from support on an estimated fix date or time.  No communication.

I normally stay away from EA but my bro in law wanted to play so I figured why the heck not. Welp a week later and I still can’t get past 4/11 😷.    Never ceases to amaze me how terrible EA can be to their customers and how poorly their game launches are. Worst AAA dev/publisher ever and it’s not even close

Hey @DanM not at the moment but I have asked for updates regarding the issue.

Some moderation needed to happen in the topic, I fully understand the frustration of the game not working. But can we keep it to the forum rules everyone.

Tomorrow marks another week without any answers. No idea what's goin on or when it'll be fixed.   From what I've read the games already dead player count.
