@EzyHawk I'm sorry for being a bit apprehensive about it. I've attempted ideas from you, blueberry, a number of others on here, and the EA help center. no solution has fixed my issue and I am not going to start all over from scratch after havig 75+ legendary skins and the heirloom set I've unlocked by purchasing and through playing the game. I'm looking at atleast 300 packs purchased and the entire lifeine heirloom collection from unlocking all 24 packs in the limited event set @ 700 coins a pack. That is way too much invested to start from scratch. Thank you for your help and again i apologize for the shrewdness

@ilJack1108 I'm not too far from the same boat except I will not restart from scratch. I love what respawn's founders have created all the way back to the original when they were still working with activision before respawn. It kills me their amazing game gets less support from EA than every other failure EA has created on their own

@sweetnpsycho666 I got tired. I do not tolerate the fact that nobody can find a solution. I do not tolerate the fact that the only assistance that is offered is "try to delete friends, MAYBE it works". But how can you ??? people spend their money on their * titles, buying skins, discs and packages. It is a scandal that not even the developers can help us. It is a scandal that community workers are washing their hands. It's a scandal that they think only of advertising new skins just to earn it! I really hope my friends change their minds, so we can play along with some other titles produced by a serious industry. EA and Respawn or whoever is behind it, let me down. Open your eyes folks

What you could try is to factory reset your PS4. Note that this will remove all local saves and all games/software installed.
Now i can't ensure you that this will help/work. But if nothing else has helpt, and you have not tried this, Then what do you have to lose except time installing all games again.

@EzyHawk I've done the factory reset as well without resolution. I contacted EA help again and am now awaiting one of their specialists to look into the files I sent.

I bought a new hard disk on amazon, as soon as it arrives I try to change it to see if that was a possible problem. If you wait for support from EA / Respawn you die of old age ... I will write here if I solve the problem, but I don't think that will be the solution

even with the new hard drive same problem.I literally did EVERYTHING you can find on the internet to solve this * problem. I have asked for help in 200 different forums all over the world, finding many people who are in my same situation, and the fact that EA / Respawn does not provide assistance with the problem is simply a shame. I feel ashamed to have spent money buying EA branded games and I am ashamed to have done everything to solve the problem on my own, also spending money on a free game! you don't deserve all this audience. you only think about throwing out new games / expansions / skins and * like that, but you don't listen to the community, you don't listen to people who can't play because of the bugs that you are unable to fix. compliments. I hope your servers (which also give problems) will soon be empty!
