Crashing at beginning of banners or end of game

My game constantly crashes at the banner or at the end of the game making me have to restart the game every time and lose a tremendous amount of RP I should have been in Diamond but I am but I can’t get one game in without the next one crashing at the end or beginning it makes me not want to play and uninstall the game after all these years please fix soon I would hate to have to move my stream to a different game after spending so much time and money on this one

Hey @DiscipleShark,

We're still looking into reports similar to this one, but in some cases it seems that unequipping any animated banners you may have on the characters you're playing may help prevent this.

If you're able to give that a try, swapping to common or rare banners could be worth testing in the meantime, thanks!

I tried this and it had no effect, I’m still experiencing crashes at the same two points.
