Crashing & Losing RP

Crashing and losing RP?!?!? What can I do to get my RP back from crashing unexpectedly?

Ea is literally the worst company in existence they have terrible service how is it this game has crashed my xbox 4 times in ranked completely to hard re set no other game does this and on top thats 72 points per a loss its ridiculous some one from ea needs to respond to this now or it will be a verry angry customer deleting all ea games and refusing to purchase any more

For recovering RP that you lost for the game crashing is not something we can do.
