Crashing Origin client after pressing Download fro NFS Shift2

Hello,

I purchased key for Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed at .net, and after entering redeem code, Origin client accepted it, and showed new game in my library, but after trying to download game, Origin crashes every time when I press Download, after language and agreement menu.

I attached two screenshots.

Other games I own runs properly.

I need advice what to do.

So, you are saying that technically is all good with my Origin client and game I purchased, and that those guys from ....... cheated me by selling me wrong key for game?

If he is saying that, it is false. I have Need for Speed Shift (not Shift 2) and the exact thing happens to me, only i bought the game from the client itself.

I'm bumping this thread so you can come back with a proper answer, instead of copy-pasting an article.
