Crashing/Freezing at loading screen

On SWGOH About 2 weeks ago the game kept freezing and crashing on me but i could still login and do what i needed if a little frustrating at time during arena etc, But now the game wont complete loading so i cant acess the game at all i have consistantly tried to close the app and restart no effect. My goggle icon shows than we go to the picture with Rey and Kylo than no further and a box with no text i  appears.
