Crashes during every match

My boyfriend has been trying to play Apex with me for a while now but every time we load into a match his game error codes. It only does this when he plays with friends and it keeps happening. We have tried all the traditional methods to fix crashes like fully unestalling the application and redownloading it but nothing is working to fix it he has put some money into the game and it's very frustrating to not be able to play.

The code is CE-34878-0 and yes we both use controllers. But it always crashes like right after we land at the start of the match. He can reconnect and usually play fine after but that ruins the game

because ur issue came with the new update of playstation and must do it manually
