This seems to be a regional problem.

I havent heard of anyone from N. American continent having this issue.

OK OK so where is everyone playing from?

My game was bought in England/UK and I am playing it in England/UK.

What about you guys?

Forgot to mention in my previous post that I live in the U.S./North America and am seeing this issue as well so I don't believe it's a region-specific problem.

I had the exact same problem and contacted support. They told me to do the following and seems to have worked.

XBOX One:

CLEAR ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS

1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear

2. After this shut down the console, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.

3. Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.

4. Once the brick is Orange, start your console.

Try this ( ea support told me and it worked):

Clearing the Mac address does not work.

Sure it's worth a try if you've not tried it, but for most people here @Ironcococo2, they're wayyyy past all the normal every day fixes.

We've had this bug for a long time, no offence intended but this problem isn't user error and is far beyond Xbox's 'quick fix instructional guide' that a EA helpdesk rep reads from their basic troubleshooting script.

We await a fix from EA/

  • What type of Xbox One do you have? XBox One S
  • Where exactly during the Lando mission does it crash? What are you exactly doing? First it was during the first fight with the stormtroopers, at the beginning of the level. My controller was low on batteries so I thought that was the reason so I changed the batteries but it never connected again and the box reset. After the first restart it was right after the game loaded there was 3-5 sec of game play and it froze again, music when synth-y. Last few times it froze while loading the level. I tried the MAC address reset but haven't tried it after that.
  • Have you tried playing the campaign mission from the start? Does it still crash? I haven't tried starting all over, I tried starting the mission (cache grab) from the beginning
  • Is the game installed on the internal hard drive? Yes
  • Do you have any USB devices plugged into the Xbox? No
  • Have you tried a fresh reinstall? Not recently, I reinstalled a few months ago for another issue
  • What is your Gamertag? pstachofsky

I just had the buzzing and crash that turned the xbox off.

What type of Xbox One do you have?
xBox One S
What mission is it crashing in?
Sullust Cache Grab
What are you exactly doing before it crashes?
After reaching the terminal n the AT AT factory fighting against storm troopers from the terminal room, dropped a smoke grenade and used thermal vision and freeze and crash.  My guess it has something to do with smoke grenade as many games stutter with so many particles at once.
Have you tried playing the campaign mission from the start?
Not yet, I haven't tried playing since crash, not sure I trust the game not to break my xbox.
Does it still crash?
Do not know
Is the game installed on the internal hard drive?
Yes
Do you have any USB devices plugged into the Xbox?
No
Have you tried a fresh reinstall?
Not Uninstalled game
What is your Gamertag?

have been PC gaming for 30 years my first instinct after crash was to check temperature. The fans were not blowing hot on my PC my cpu gets to about 70 degrees under full load and this was nowhere near that by putting my hand over fan vent, so I do not thing it was a temperature issue. More than likely ram or not enough power being sucked into the CPU/GPU/
