Didn't have an issue before upgrading drivers, now getting error message:

Been batteling this * of an issue for a while now.

1) I get more FPS with everything on high, than medium or low, try setting everything on high.

2) What helped me with the DLL Bs was deleteting the apex catch in the %programdata% folder. Delete everything except localcontent. This should help you. I get this when messing with the gpu settings in wattman.

3) This helped but to some strange degree, dont know by how much.. I went into wattman, then game profiled and disabled the apex program. I now have a coustom OC profile selected but i will tell you what the issue was in the next point.

4) My Vega56 was having fan issues. You wouldnt guess but my fan wasnt spinning up on startup. The reason was that the chinese person in the factory didnt screw my fan into place properly LOL.

The Gpu fan in my vega 56 has 3x screws. one was screwed in full way in, the other two wernt. The fan didnt rotate propery and was imbalanced. I have a MSI56Oc edition, remove the backplate and check if the fan is screwed in correctly. Ive uninstalled my windows system about 10 times, after screwing in the fan correctly, it seems to work better. I just got the Dll64 * myself but i can at least play the game it just feels strange as if sometihing is off. Just make sure this isnt your issue for your GPUs sake wink wink.

Update on this: Crash stopped the first few days of the season, started again today.

In reply to @Meatchen:

1) Unrelated, game won't even load the splash screen.

2) Unsure where you're looking? I don't see anything under %ProgramData% matching what you're describing, unless you meant he Origin folder.

3) Crash is unrelated to OC/UV profiles. Tested with and without.

4) All fine on that front.

Still getting that Easy Anti-Cheat doesn't trust an AMD system file.

Yes, %programdata% was the origin folder, i dont have my computer close to my side right now but my apex does something to my computer from time to time. Deleting the cache always helped, especially dll amdihk64.

@Kayedon Also, what ratio and multiplier are you using? I used 133:100 and changed it to 100:100

Confirmed to be an AMD bug, fixed in drivers 19.7.1.

  • Some users may be experiencing AMD DLL file signing issues with Easy Anti-Cheat™. A clean install of Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.1 may be required to fix this issue.
