Crash when open friend list or invite friend (Steam)

Everytime clicking friend list or invite friend button

game instantly crash, tried reinstall but still happening

Finally find out what happen, because someone in my friend list using Full-width symbol..

please check and fix it

i am having this problem too. Re-download didnt fix
