Crash on victory [ Edited ]

Won a battle and on the opponents base exploding the game didn’t move to the victory screen.  It froze on the base destruction screen. When I restarted the game I didn’t have credit for the match and it wasn’t in match history. This victory would have taken me over 1900 and into a new league with crate bonus! Can I get credit for the victory?

Hey @Im_in_Twists thanks for reaching out. When the game froze, did it just stay on the base destruction screen? Did sound continue? Did you have to kill the app and restart or did you get kicked to home screen on your device? Can I get some additional info to investigate this? I will need your device, make and model and what OS version you are using. Additionally can I get your Persona ID, a 13 digit number found in Settings > About. Thanks!
