Crash on invite

When ever im being invited and im on a loging screen my game crashes into the very first screen

it have to where it tells me to left click to access the loby

and it dosent let me proceed it just says intlizing 

pc type

Windows 10 64bit

8Gb ram 

gtx 650 ti boost 

i core 5 gen 3 

bug seem to be activated when ever im being invited and the screen is loading out of the match

lets say all the team just died and for me its loading out to the team overlook screen or the loby screen

or personal exp screen and im getting invited it will crash out

and i cant exit the game normaly i need to minimize it and open the task manager the close the game

nothing else works... not alt F4 not right click on the icon not closing the game from the inside

nothing just task manager good luck solving this one

Can I ask, do you see an error message of any kind when this occurs?

i do but only after the game closes next time it happends ill read it and let you know what it say's
