Crashed again, no report generated

I've been doing nothing but posting my dxdiag and your crash file in your bug report section for weeks.... Someone please take a look at this crash....It's happening to soo many people and it's getting out of control...Here it is attached again. 5 crash of the night in 6 games.

I'm having daily crashes, at least one. I attached the latest report, the Windows Event Viewer refers to a bad_module_info crash.
Can it be that overclocking is the cause of this? I'm on a rock solid overclock, played many demanding games without any crashes. Well even if this is the culprit, there is no reason for Apex doing this on a rock stable overclock, when literally nothing else is doing this...
