Why can I play for a few hours and have no issues and then all of a sudden have back-to-back crashing????

Its like a 4k PC still having issues... any help would be appreciated..
Crashed again. Game hung for a second, then I heard the audio again for a few seconds, the crash to desktop.
Crashed for the first time since the latest PC patch.
This crash happened as I returned to the main menu after finishing a game. Probably my most common type of crash. Appreciate the hard work and communication, loving the game!
Landed, picked up some loot and started running and then crashed. This is the same EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION(execute) I've had the past few times.
