After capping my fps to 120 with the command line arguments I was able to make it to the pre game screen wherein it crashed almost right away before rendering in my username (Was "Player" instead)
EDIT: Further update, my system previously only had a page file setup for my C: drive (which is a SSD drive primarily for OS, apex is installed on my A: drive, origin is installed on my E: drive ) so I setup a system managed page file on all 3 of my hard drives, even though the memory it uses is past the recommended allotment, after rebooting as of today I was able to not only launch the game, but get into a game and play it out fully for the first time in about a month. Could help others as it fixed it for me.
MAKE SURE YOUR PAGE FILE IS SET TO SYSTEM MANAGED ON ALL DRIVES!

What happens when the bug occurs? Hard freeze then crash to desktop.
What should be happening instead? Game should be running fine.

Still crashing to desktop after update.
