It's Realtec on-board Sound chip. The MSI Monitoring software checks everyday for Bios/driver Updates and Monitors for faults, it's one of their Carbon Gaming Mobos.
I am reading through many forums about this VERY common and unanswered issue. Some have FPS stutter with it.

Yes FPS stutter can be found with crackling audio , historically though in those cases , one common cause was thermal issues
I doubt this is what you would have

If this is a new windows install start 2010 C++ at this link and install each up to 2015 version
uninstall ones there and then do x86 and x64

I have this same issue. Deleting the BitRaider folder did seem to help somewhat, but I've not been in a conversation since I restarted it so I'm not sure how effective it was. The game audio was quite good immediately after I tried it, but slowly over the next hour or two it seemed to get worse. I've tried force updating drivers, I've tried to see if my CPU is just garbage, but it's only using 20% with the game, discord and chrome open, so it doesn't seem that's my problem. I'd really love to see this fixed, it's really infuriating.

Has anybody found a working solution to this problem?
