Couldnt update after patch and try to install again.

Hi.

I allready wrote in another post but that didnt solve my problem. Now i have been trying couple more thing posted as solutions and even closed down both firewall and virus   program but still stuck at 0% on trying to install the game again. i payed for a new month around a week ago and now im starting to get troubled about this problem. everything else works fine on my computer but not this game after patch.
