Copy apex legends to another PC [ Edited ]

Haven't tried it myself, but this seems to work:

1.) Copy the Game folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games (or any other custom location, I guess...)

2.) Open your origin then go to "My game library" 

3.) Right Click on the Game click "Locate Game"

4.) Locate the game you copied from the file path mentioned on 1 (it will verify the game files)
5.) Enjoy playing!

Hey @Hodis7ag 

To avoid file corruption you best download origin on the other PC.
Log in on Origin with your account and download Apex Legends.

Click here to download Origin.

The method of @Fr3dY2 could work but is not really recommended as lots of details have to be the same.

I also don't know the game they tried to move but i think this could maybe give issue with the EAC or Origin.
