Control Bug With Passive Health Regen

There is a new bug in control where passive health regen does not occur when taking no damage. This happens no matter how long after no damage has been taken. This glitch occurred on Wattson, but it might happen to other characters too. This glitch could happen if all forms of passive healing (shields and health) are turned off for this gamemode for Wattson since she does not have her passive in mixtape gamemodes.

I have come to the conclusion that this bug happens in any mixtape mode. It has happened in core tdm and fragment gun run.
