Continuous Server Issues

It’s been almost 1 week since I’ve been trying to have a decent game in apex, but either the servers always crash mid-game or on game start up it doesn’t even load into the game. Ping always showing 1000+ for some reason on all servers.

I’m using a PS4 wireless Wi-Fi connection. I reset my internet connection several times, even restarted the ps4 & my internet setting were fine. Just in the game I had severe packet loss for the first time.

Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

As a test, could you move close enough for a wire to either confirm or rule out being on wireless is the issue?
