Continue Button not showing on Login Screen

After linking steam account I have not been able to get back in to the game, as it just gets stuck on the screen before the main menu. The continue button never shows up, so it makes it impossible for me to play the game. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

Since my game crashed the continue button isn't showing up for me either.

My loading screen finishes and I can click on 'Exit to Desktop' and 'Accessibility Options' , in the middle of the screen there is a message saying : 'Unable to connect to EA Servers'.

I used the 'Repair' option in the Launcher a few times and now it's schowing up. Don't know if that fixed it permanently though.

I think you're having a slightly different issue than I am. Mine is consistently stuck on the login screen, and this didn't happen until I linked steam account. The only way I have been able to play for the past 3 days, is by creating a brand new Origin account, which obviously is not ideal.
