Constant micro stutters in game on xbox witb 23ms ping??? Every game unplayable

Every game on xbox I have constantly micro stutters yet have wired connection 200mb internet, can xbox not cope with this game been playing since release but never had anything this bad. Been like this since fight or fright update, they need to sort it asap. Not my xbox or connection as when I'm on any other game its fine.

Can you try to change your DNS server to Google DNS?

Some players say this improved their connection.

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

I have the same problem on a PS4 Pro and every time I ask on any site. They never answer

Just done this now, seems to have fixed my problem, at least for now. Thanks.
