Constant latency makes game unplayable

I have the game for about 4 days or so now, EVERYTIME i try playing the game latency goes through the roof (and only in Battlefield 5, i can play Rainbow Six or Destiny 2 perfectly fine), the server info shows ping is not bad its just the latency. What is the solution to this.
