Constant (error code 301) after update 3/3/20

I just updated my PS4 with 1.31 on 3/3/20 and for some reason won’t let me in lobby keeps displaying error sign in PS4 error code 301 someone help looking to make purchase for this new apex and I can’t even get in the lobby at all!

Hey @onenightnight446  could you try to do a power cycle on the console and see if that helps out.  

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Start the PS4 back up.
