Constant disconnections from the ea servers

Over the last week I have suffered more than 10 disconnects in rivals and in fut champions today. I play on Xbox one and I used wired connection.

But most importantly I never disconnect from Xbox live, it’s just the ea servers. Whenever I do get kicked off, I can connect back to the ea servers instantly, at first attempt.

i always disconnect in games but never in the FUT 20 menus, I could be in the menu for longer than an hour and I’d be fine, but the moment I play an online game on rivals or champs I get disconnected within 10 mins.

i would like to know if it is just a bug, or it’s something I am doing wrong.

@totalxhyp3z Hey there, if you're running a wired connection you should be good to go 9 times out of 10.

Can you get me a screenshot of the results of the Test Network Speed and Statistics under Network Settings on the console please?

@totalxhyp3z Thanks for that, looks perfect.Can you try changing your DNS to Google or Open DNS please and let me know if that helps at all?
