Constant 'client out of sync' Restarts

Hi there,
I have had constant problems with PVP battling over the last 2 months.
When I go to battle someone in arena/fleet arena (this occurs more often in fleet arena), there is a big chance that i am forced to restart the app after the attached error message appears. Today, I had to restart the app 5 times, costing me 100 crystals as i couldn't climb the ranks in time due to this error.
Is this a known thing, and is there a fix for this? Is there any more information you need from me?
