I've got all the ports open that Apex is using.
So that we're not just answering one question at a time anymore...
I am running the latest version of Windows, version 2004, with the latest Windows updates.
I am using the latest NVIDIA graphics driver, version 446.14.
All of my other drivers are up to date.
I have tried closing essentially all programs that are not Origin/Apex and have not seen any improvements.

Same problem, have tried every single thing available, they would like to just blame it on an isp, but its def on their end, my loss/choke is extremely high in the beginning of the match and lasts for about 5 minutes then goes away, sometimes it comes back randomly and other times it kicks me before i can even get into a match saying anti cheat isnt running even though you cant load the game up without anti cheat.
