Console - Crashing issue - Information request.

Hey soldier, 

We are currently in process of gathering information about crashing issues with Battlefield V for Console so we can determine the root cause of the issue. If you are experiencing any crashes with Battlefield V reply with the follow information below.

The information we need:

• Gamer tag/PSN ID.
• Time & date of when the issue happen and add in what time zone you are in.  (Example: 01/01/20 - 15:45 GMT)
  • NOTE: Very important that the time is accurate it can't be more then 10 minutes off

i crash myself manually out of the firestorm/solomode/ps4/eu lobby, when the matchmaking throws me into a out of region lobby with a 130ms ping, instead into my region lobby with a 30ms ping.

I can enter the game when I download the game to 20% but when I finished download it, I cannot open the game. It just show nothing and after 1 minute I can open the game again but nothing happen. I've already check the completeness of the game and restart the computer, but still cannot open the game. And there are no problem code showed too.

• Playing Pacific storm map, crashed to homescreen, then gave error that console is having trouble recieving savegames and had to power cycle console.
• Console gave me a black screen of death after I reset the console, power cycling the console fixed this as above, other games worked fine and his issue has persisted for over a week so I'm avoiding BfV at the moment.

Time of occurence - 9:38 EST

After only a few moments "Out Post" on "Battlefield 5" freezes with a loud buzzing sound then resumes gameplay  for a couple of seconds then kicks you out all the way to the "X Box One" home page. I have not been able to play "Out Post" at all today. This has been an on going problem for the past month or more since "Front Lines" was the featured game mode that mode was unplayable that week. Until now Pacific maps have been the least affected having been able to finish multiple games before the inevitable crash, all other maps on "Conquest" you can expect between half a game up to maybe three games before the first crash of many that has occured every day for weeks now.

This is what happens to me, but I then also can't play other games or join matches until I reset the Xbox one X PSU.

I Have a new issue for my xbox one x that has only developed since the last set off updates, when entering a game of conquest for the first time, when i arrive with the over head map view with sporn locations visible i cannot sporn into a vehicle, i have to try 5 - 10 times even though the game is running and then don't always succeed, If i do actually manage to select a plane, which is very rare even though they are showing as available, the plane will crash before i get into the game, and will just say accident! if this happens the game crashes and i cannot resporn into the game at all.

I also now suffer with half rendered graphics and 2d grey images of soldiers when entering a game at the start, if by a miracle i do actually get a vehicle it will bounce around randomly making it undriveable for the first minute of the game.

Hi,

Game has not been loading for several days now. When selecting "Play as st.silvia" on main screen, music cuts out after 5/10 seconds, Battlefield V screen stays on for maybe 20 seconds, then crashes back to the Xbox dashboard.

None of the restarts/reboots/installations suggested by tech support have worked.

I am having the exact same issue as st.silvia.  It has been happening since Thursday for me, as well. Did a hard reset and uninstalled and installed the game again.
