Conquest reward not recieved after completing feat

In conquest, I attempted my last battle for the Wookiee global feat Yyyuurrrrrrrruuungh. On the victory screen, the game crashed and restarted. When I got back in, it gave me credit for the win, thus completing the feat. But it did not give me the two Deployable Cooling Systems consumables. Since this is the only way to get them, and they are required to complete the "You must learn control" global feat for 15 tickets, is any way to get the reward credited to my account?
