I can’t make in app purchases or buy anything from the heirloom store. Also my game loads very slow or doesn’t load at all. I have lots of storage, good WiFi and my phone and game are up to date.

@JamaicanGirl01 can you please close the game (Also in the background) and restart your phone? After you've done that let us know if you're still having these issues.

@SimGuruMaaike I’ve done that so many times, cleared my cache, force restart my phone. You name it. I don’t think it’s my end. Nothing is working for me.
