@EA This is your problem.
This is caused by IPv6 464 translation. We use 464XLAT and that causes users to pull different ipv4 addresses from a pool when a user goes to translate from ipv6 to ipv4. The issue is that you decided to host your game servers all on ipv4 and have basically no support at all for ipv6 or 464 functionality.
There's probably very little you can do about the issue except quit using networking practices from 2005 and learn how to support ipv6.
A static ipv4 address will fix this for your customers, but it's hardly the ISPs fault for innovating and using current networking technology.
